Waffles recipe
Pour the egg yolks,sugar,flour and melted butter into the processor bowl and mix at min speed using the plastic kneading blade.Pour in the milk through the feeder tube and gradually increase speed to 12.Leave mixtures to stand for 15 minutes.
Wash the bowl and replace the kneading blade with whisk,add the egg whites with a pinch of salt and beat until stiff on max speed.Fold in to the mixture.
Pour out a little,mixture into a hot waffle iron and start cooking waffles,continuing until all the mixture has been used.Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
Serve the waffles with whipped cream,fruit,or chocolate sauce.
To make 8 Waffles:
2 Large eggs,60 g sugar
125 g flour
75 g melted butter
200 ml milk
İning sugar for decoration
1 Waffle iron
20 min cooking time is enough
